How do you decide which projects to recommend?

Every project passes our 8-point checklist, developer track record, balance-sheet strength, location, product viability, construction quality, legal standing, lifecycle and, most importantly, fit with your requirement. We represent only a few of the 30–40 developers who approach us each year.

I'm an NRI. Can you handle everything remotely?

Yes. From shortlisting and purchase to taxation, repatriation (Section 195), tenant management and ongoing monitoring, we manage the full lifecycle for overseas clients, including senior-living arrangements for parents in India.

Is this only about returns?

No. We take a balanced approach, the developer and the build come first. A strong asset, the right micro-market and patience are what create wealth. We plan both your entry and your exit.
